At ANCIENT + BRAVE, we strive for timeless quality in every garment; however, if your piece is not the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the fabric is free from any signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags are intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our atelier.
